Gordon Kenneth W. started his tertiary education from the Koforidua Technical University where he studied for the professional Accounting Technician qualification. He went on to graduate from the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG) as an Accounting Technician of West Africa (ATWA- Qualified) in 2007.

He proceeded to the University of Professional Studies Accra (UPSA) where he studied for a Degree in Accounting (BSc Admin.-Accounting) and graduated in 2013.

In 2016, He graduated from the University of Professional Studies (UPSA) with a Masters in Accounting and Finance
He is currently a level III student of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG).

OVERALL EXPERIENCE INCLUDING DEPARTMENTS SERVED

He started work after SHS as a Mobile Banker and a cleaner at Akim Bosome Rural Bank Ltd Akim Oda branch in 2001 and rose through the rank of an Accounts Clerk in 2003/2004 before leaving to continue his education.

He has worked with Inter-Class Associates Ltd –(ICAL) Koforidua E/R(a Chartered Accountants, Management Consultants and Chartered Tax Consultants) from 2008 to 2010

He again joined Akim Bosome Rural Bank Ltd in 2010 as an Internal Audit Assistant and rose through the ranks to the level of Head of Internal Audit in 2014 to 2017. He also headed the Micro Finance Department of Akim Bosome Rural Bank for 1 year and also as a Branch Manager for 7 months.

He joined Citizens Rural Bank Ltd as the Head of Internal Audit in November, 2017 and in August, 2018 He was appointed as the Ag. General Manager and have remained in the position to date.

He is directly involved in bringing a lot of reforms in all the places he has worked including his current Bank (Citizens Rural Bank Ltd.)
